Location was not good surrounded by unpleasant atmosphere. Toilet flush was not working properly. The entire property was smelling badly. No complaints against their staff and the management should be made responsible for all these unpleasant things

Very dirty and unhealthy. Room filled with too much smell. Area is like a slum. Not able to stay. Xxx

Cockroaches and rats everywhere inside the hotel one day before i checkout the hotel and taken another

No in house restaurants available plus the cleanliness of bedsheets was not good. At the price range I hope to have the basic cleanliness in place

It was a terrible hotel, check-in not given in time, check-in given at 4 pm and not late check out allowed. The hotel is hourly rental hotel. Not meant for family or business trip. Rooms are not good. For immediate information enclosing some photographs of room. Dirty blanket given, ac remote wasn't working.

Ambience is not great as shown in picture. Room stinks. Location is not great. Staff is courteous though and they help out for any queries.

Not value for money the location can be kept clean and tidy and rooms also bath fittings are in bad condition

The hotel is not as per the website at the time of booking. It's very unclean in bathrooms and in utility areas.

The location was good and the staff was also friendly and clean location and easy to commute nice place

Dirty rooms with super dirty washrooms, shower and bath shower clogged, cistern not working, phone not working and you will have to use your mobile to connect with reception on their mobile. A big no even if they anyone a free stay

Stayed for business trip. Location was very good and nearest at the business center

Hotel was good but locality of the property is not so good

The property owner did not allow me to check in. However the make my trip team was very responsive and they made arrangements for me at an alternate location. And i loved my stay in hotel karan

Photos are very deceptive. Rooms are small, but clean. Better hotels at the price.

I spend one night and one day. Room looks good but so many inset inside the room. Room also not clean that much. But hotel person are nice.

Tap water was provided for drinking which was full of bleaching powder smell. Also the bathroom tap, flush was broken, ac, wifi wasn't working. Room was full of cockroaches.
