3. I really enjoyed the stay, hospitality, accommodation in tropicana beach resort. It's a wonderful experience. The room size, bed, food quality was great. The courtesy of the staffs was excellent.

Horrible experience . I had booked the hotel for flexible check in from 6 am onwards. But upon arrival even if they had room they denied and asked Rs 560 more for early check-in and said What dose we don't care. Give money or check in at 12 pm Rooms are big, far from Esplanade bus stop. Nobody is going to come, people like me only visit there for flexible check and which they denied. better not to book hotel for flexible check in. Just arrive in the place ask taxi to look hotels for you. In the return journey I did the same and stayed in Much better NS international hotel in same price as this hotel charges. moral- a lessen learnt

Hotel relax is one of the best hotels in this college street road, kolkata. All the staffs are good nature d and laborious. They treat the customers very well. Good food, according to their choice, are available. I like the food very much.

Bathroom door's lock was broken, and window curtain was missing and not attached. But hotel location was good and behaviour of all stuff was good. But room price of non ac room was little bit high, if it was 800-900 then its ok.

The hotel and more importantly, makemytrip service is pathetic to say the least. The hotel (if you call it so) is at a highly inconvenient location. Have to roam for around an hour to look for the hotel. And when i reached there, it is a residential apartment which has been converted into a hotel with almost no amenities. Add to them all, the location displayed on the mm t app was wrong, which only added to my inconvenience. I would request any potential traveller not to book stay here and avoid choosing mm t for your stays. They have pathetic customer service.

Room service is very bad. And the behaviour of owner was very bad. Sweeping not have done. Sofa cushion are dirty. Room servicing is not so good. Tv recharge is deactivated.

Location was difficult to find. Room was dirty. No jetpipe in toilet. Bedsheet was dirty. Not satisfied. Poor

Location wise good, exact beside the famous sharee shop aadi mohini mohan kanjilal. Peaceful and cosy but some basics are missing like serving breakfast or drinking water or tea. You’ve to depend on your own arrangements for thease. Otherwise good for solo or group of friends type travellers.

Location was fine. Good stay. The manager was good with his approach. Wonderful experience with the neat and clean room.

It is good overall. Room rate is fair. It is close to an intersection, so it is a bit noisy. But everything else is good. Use lift located on the right hand side after entering the main entrance gate to the building.

Customer refuse to pay intentionally . The customer and his family are very influential in the village. I visited on my part and after visiting I realized there was nothing I could do.

The hotel was being painted. None of the rooms were anything like the pictures. I was shown 3-4 rooms and they all looked old, under construction

Excellent customer service and respectful l person who are in the desk and quite frankly speaking provides an overview of the area

Size of room was good, all the necessary amenities were present in a good oriented manner, bathroom is good too, behaviour of staff is good, location is good too, it was a good stay altogether

Staying ok. Valued for money. In-house food services required for every guest which is create a comfort zone to enjoy.

Good rooms. Windows are sun facing. Stuffs are good behaviour. Beside adi mohini mohon. Good for car parking.

Room stuff are very co-operative, good behaviour, good manners. All types of things like pillow bed, bedcover alls are very clean and well decorated. So i have no bad remarks

Only the hotel is nearer to business area, but rooms, ac and service is very poor, i will recommend to stay at other hotels at m g road, u can find almost around the same budget.

Nice budget hotel below 1k for 2 person.

The ambiance of the room and complementary given is not sure to make happy then the room service entire 3 days not cleaned upto check out they're not taking any room service it's too bad
