Review Of JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata

I stayed for a day in JW Marriott. This is my first time to this hotel. Stay, food and all the services including travel desk was super helpful and excellent. Experience has been fantastic. hosting team was very helpful right from check in till check out. Overall a tremendous experience. Will visit again for sure when i am visiting Mumbai.

This was my first trip to Kolkata. I stayed in 3-4 different hotels in a span of 1 week. JW Marriott was one. Rooms were awesome, food was excellent, service was Top Notch. I will give 100/100 for the experience i had in JW Marriott

My stay at JW Marriott was truly exceptional. The property’s location is convenient and well-connected. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was outstanding—staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable with all modern amenities. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety with top-notch quality. The overall hospitality made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for both leisure and business stays. Overall, I would rate it a solid 10/10.

Everything starting from the accommodation of an early check-in, complimentary birthday room decorations and cake for my husband's birthday, the stay at Marriott was top notch made even better by the service of all staff. Anamika and Kulsum from the front desk, and Samuel, Debraj and Mohona from JW Kitchen made the stay even mlre comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Overall Good experience ....just the access to the pool was not possible as they want us to wear Lycra material but for staycation no one carries such clothes...

Very well located hotel with excellent city view from the room. The service of staff was very nice and the staff was cooperative though I found the hotel to be a little crowded

Upon reaching the hotel we were greeted with kindness,as my daughter was not well the hostess made are check in quickly which we really appreciate,the rooms were very nice,last but not the least the food was so goog. Rating 11/10

The Steve was really good. It was was my first time at JW Marriott Kolkata and the room was totally good, clean and hygienic, but in the morning breakfast, the breakfast was not good as I have been staying in JW Marriott and other cities. The breakfast in Kolkata was smelling, and the Samosa was very bad in smell, and in fact, the South Indian food was also not good.

Property food is just amazing!!! Location is feesible to airport …

In term of Food :Dinner was of poor taste but breakfast was awesome. Gym and pool staffs are very good.overall very good

Well designed, smooth property. Food service in room is excellent as well as staff attitude. Food choices and portions are very satisfying!
