Poor Stay
Rooms are nothing like they look, very old rooms with 0% 4 star amenities. The washroom is as small as 10*10 and a swimming pool is allowed with normal clothes rather than nylon. Ive stayed at the best hotels but this seemed too off.

Poor Stay
Food was below average and they didn’t served beer 1:1 as mentioned while booking .. the club was overcrowded pathetic experience

Poor Stay
Very Bad experience to stay. The bathroom accessories were terrible. The swimming pool wasn't able to be used. Staff behavior was not up to the mark. overall waste of money.

Worst experience ever..Washroom hand faucet was not in the right place...poor water pressure in shower...

Terrible Stay
worst experience. Terrible Room and its washroom. Even thr Breakfast was very low standard and less options. Guest at other room where screaming and no action taken by the hotel. It's not the 5star it's even less than 3star propert.

very nice and comfortable stay .A very nice puja special traditional food arrange at Kalash restaurant.warmed welcome by staffs having nice behaviour.. Overall nice property to stay at Kolkata.I suggest coustomer to prefer to stay here with family too.

Impressive experience
Decent ambience, prime location, easy access and good parking facilities. Overall it’s quite good and value for money. Infact the only good option in this side of kolkata.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
If I could I would want to rate it -5 stars but I am bound to give it 1. The property should be removed from a 5 star property on travels apps and marked as at best 2 or 3 stars. The list of problems is endless 1. The pillow is smelly and with yellow stains. 2. The room service takes eternity to come even for a simple request as a bottle of water. 3. The bathroom fitting as rusty and dirty. 4. The room was not kept ready with basic cleanliness and amenities. 5. No response for complains. 6. The bathroom door won't close shut as it has expanded in the rain. 7. Zero maintaince of rooms. 8. It was a nice property in the 1990s and it is stuck there. Overall a terrible and disgusting experience. The staff the room and the service is -5 stars.

Terrible Stay
one of the worst and unhygienic place to stay.. horrible maintainance, over charged food.. panner biriyani tasted like plain essence ,artifical flavouring.. felt like eating chemicals.. dal chaval 800 rupees, no ambience , unclean plates.. do not stay in this property
