Stay was courteous. Exceptional experience. Got free club lounge access for late room arrangement. Overall worth it

Overall everything was good. But the room was incomplete. All amenities were not there in the room when we checked in. Such as slippers, towel and dental kit etc. the top notch thing about Taj is there breakfast with lot of variety. Which I love the most. Been a regular with Taj properties - Amazing stay. With breakfast being the highlight. Some amenities in the rooms were missed..but can be ignored as first time.

Service at front office,cleaning of room was excellent .Breakfast was but huge crowd,they must arrange for faster without long waiting

Breakfast service was really terrible. For something as basic as tea and omlette, the staff had to be given 3 reminders. And even then it didn’t arrive. And it wasn’t even a crowded breakfast service that day. The manager had to step in to make things move.

We had a memorable stay. Mr. Dipankar and team were kind to accommodate all our request, especially the late check-out. The breakfast spread, in-room dining were excellent, taste was amazing. The ambience of "Shamiana" with live flute performance by an excellent artist all added to our great experience. The personal attention to every guest deserves a huge round of applause. Highly recommended.

the property is very nicely located near city centre 2. we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. even the dussehra rush didnt affect their services and it was good.

Location of property is in posh area and Food was delicious. Amenities and Services are fabulous. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Looking forward to visit this Hotel very soon. Overall experience has been outstanding.

Room price was ok and condition of the room was as also ok . Can say up to the mark ... but had few sayings !!1. Kitchen staff had no idea what is available at that moment at kitchen I was having bad morning but that god city centre is nearby so u can just go there and enjoy your meal Hehee ... Bdw front desk staff are always awesome in response kudos for that and jacuzzi is must try ... food is little costly and not up to price .. I suggest to eat at malls like quest mall and south city or even Park Street ...overall stay was average and good like mixed up .. hope they will think about it and oh ya the plate was dirty like really dirty like something spit there like that ... overall I would say stay there for awesome experience and comfort sleep but eat outside .. other services are good there 😅😅

The booking manager doesn't know how to speak with a guest. No clarity about taj gift vouchers. Poor first interaction over the phone
