Good location Food is costly Check in and check out is very fast 🙂

It looks different on the website as compared to the actual. Very small room. Not at all value for money. The receptionist asked to sign the feedback form without giving any rea feedback

The stay was good. Room was neat and clean. Food also very good. But during check in /check out the receptionist took too much time i.e 30mins for each process. It has to be improved and way of approach also not ok.

Housekeeping service is very slow. And kitchen takes around 1hr to compete the room order. Rest all are only averages

I have wasted my money. I booked a room which has a bathtub as per the description given by make my trip but the hotel doesn’t have the amenities give in description. I have called the customer care multiple times but all gave me false commitments and didn’t provide me any resolution. It’s was a non refundable booking and unfortunately coz of mmts mistake i had to suffer. I didn’t have any option hence forcefully i had to checkin in that hotel.

It's a best place to stay in chinchwad, pune area. I am visiting pune since last 5-6 years and during this time i found this is one of the best hotel to stay. Rating - 5/5.

I am visiting pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, little mastiff is one of them. Rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. Overall my experience of staying in hotel was superb. I will give it 5 out 5. Ashok jugran dehradun (uttarakhand)

Pros neat n clean rooms good service cons no vehicle parking space. One needs to park on the road. Approach to the hotel involves climbing at least 7 steps. Difficult for elderly persons. Not wheelchair accessible. Average food
