Room was dirty, the flush in the bathroom was not working, the bed was not comfortable, basic stuff like towels and soap were missing...

I informed them 1 night advance that I want to extend my stay and I am ready to pay the charges that time they didn't said ok and in the next day evening they increased the charges of hotel by 600 which costs me more than I was ready to pay and when I requested them they said you were ready to pay yesterday now you make payment...

Experience was preety good clean rooms and good interior.

Unhygienic, smelly bad sheets,room not clean properly ,bad environment staff behaviour is not good .

Poor room service. The guy don't know how to speak. very small rooms. there is no room in a space to walk. weired sound coming from the fan.
