hotel is ok..a little expensive but it's ok. room was average and overall you can say location wise in this price range it's ok

Manager's and service staffs personalities are very good,24hrs room service, Hotel is also in a good location near kfc,real Paprika,and also mcdonald is only 2km.much love hotel Shivaay ❤️

The hotel staff is very supportive and the hotel is clean with basic all facilities available. Hospital, medical and all types of food options available.

Cleanliness was below average, particularly bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean at all. There was no provision of minimum requirements like shampoo of rs. 2-

Location is good , there is no food or even a pantry , zero service as they don’t provide even a soap for hand wash forget about a shower gel. Not fit for family at all as this place is nothing more than a whore house . I suggest to delist it from there recommendations , it is badly hurting reputation.

I booked an ac room but the counter person allotted a non ac room without tv and shower was not working.

Room is small size, only one person for take care.

The owner and the supporting staff were both gentlemen. They behaved nicely with us. The rooms are a bit smaller. They have around 12 rooms in total. The geyser in my room wasn't working so we had to take a cold shower. They had a disney hotstar subscription enabled on a 32" android tv and we watched a few episodes of a tv series. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Unclean linen, noisy room as they had put on exhaust somewhere throughout, unclean towel, cockroach in the room

The phone no was not working. Location description is not correct. Had to search for an hour. Room was very small. Geyser did not work. Breakfast was horrible. Not a good hotel.

It was a great and smooth experience, the manager was one of the sweetest people i have met in the hotel business, thanks for the stay. One thing i would suggest is to keep a check on clean blankets and bedsheets, they are important as one sleeps in them and people want it clean.

The pics show are misleading. The actual hotel is no where close to the pics shown. While the only guy who manages all guests is good the private never paid for the room was exorbitant.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Good room cleaning and supporting staff can go with your love once and this property is good for tarvel near to gandhinagar and all its near by to airport
