Hotel Asiana

i thought it was going to be a great experience but i guess MMT is the reason for this as you mentioned (application) The hotel has a bar and swimming pool but they don't have their own restaurant.

Rooms are very clean and every facility is available in room. Also staff is very supportive and friendly. Also food available when we arrived later night. Also well connected location and near by airport and railway station

There is not cooperation with us I pay for 3 bedroom room and they give me 2 bedroom

Early check-in provided if available. rooms not much clean but was okay. Staff was average supportive. Complex in which hotel was not much good. For everything you have to ask they will not do voluntarily. Overall experience was average.

There were lot of mosquitoes & cockroaches in the room. Water was sticky, looks like tank has not been cleaned for many times. Bedsheet was also dirty, It was disgusted to stay there.

The staff there was very good and the facilities were also good. There was no problem of any kind there.

A budget friendly stay. I always prefer for my official trips due to location convenient to airport & good eatery options nearby. Rooms & staff are good, entrace thru a mall which is very poor. On 2nd floor, most of the time lift is not accessible to this floor. need a lot of improvement in these segments to make it a perfect place for business travellers. You can prefer if entrace doesn't matter.

I booked a stay at hotel Asiana and when I called the property, they said they didn’t receive any booking confirmation and the hotel is sold out. It was around 2 am and I had to check in at 5 am. The property person said he won’t help me . I did and then they assigned me another hotel, in which we went to check in it was also full so we got a permanent room for 2 hours and then they shifted us to our room. And that too the amenities were not same, the room was very congested as compared to the room I booked. Though the customer care guy was nice, he made sure I don’t face any issue regarding my check in another hotel
