Dear makemytrip, i am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service i received during my recent stay at hotel chandra palace. As a frequent traveler, i understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues i encountered during my stay were unacceptable. Here are the details of my experience: -air conditioning malfunction. -unresponsive staff. When i approached the front desk to address the air conditioning issue, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of urgency and failure to provide a solution added to my frustration. -housekeeping oversight: additionally, my room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had visible stains, and the bed linens were wrinkled and disheveled.

coupleThis hotel is so neat and clean that one can live very comfortably here. Air conditioning is good, the bathroom modern with shining fitting, hot water. Beds comfortable with white shining linens. Service is very good. Courteous, humble. I would love to stay again here.
