Terrible stay , Denied to provide deluxe roo

had booked a deluxe room but was informed on arrival that it was under maintenance and unavailable. Despite paying the higher amount for the deluxe room, no refund was provided, and instead, we were given a normal room that was extremely unhygienic. The blanket had stains, there were tiny insects near the bed wall, the bathroom was dirty with even chunks of roti lying around, and we were not even provided a room key, leaving us with no proper lock for safety. The entire experience was unpleasant and unacceptable.

Terrible Stay

Very disappointed. Gyser was broken. Toilet seat was filthy. Towel was smelling shitty. Even mug was no there in bathroom. Cuppboard was fully broken. Tv remote was not working. Service was very poor. Only AC was working good.

Hotel is in good location, but the rooms are not clean. You don't get any hot water and the entrance to the hotel looks very shabby and the lift also doesn't work. It stops at third floor and ask you to come down for second floor. If you're going with lots of luggage and with family, I would suggest about this place.
