Hotel Avens inn

The hotel's AC was not working, cleaning was also not done and dirty work was going on

We booked two suite rooms. The bathrooms were very dirty. Water was leaking from the jetspray, and the bathroom door wasn't locking properly. There were cockroaches and spiders in the room. The bedsheet had hair and stains all over it. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Soap and shampoo were also not availabe at the hotel, The phone was made at the reception, the employee did not have time to receive it, Had a very bad experience

Location is good place, nice hotel in my experience, but rooms very small and bathroom is not working gijar

Good stay not bad, clean washroom and bedroom is also not bad it is quite good actually if you want to stay 2-3 days it is good to stay.

It was a good stay, the hotel receptionist and the room boy are very cool and helpful. It has clean and comfortable rooms.

Very dirty and shady hotel. we were suspecting security issue. We did not stay in the hotel and had to find another hotel for stay.

First. The rooms aura so clean & well maintained. Specially bathroom ra well maintained & clean properly. Staff are very helpful

I went ahmedabad to watch gt vs csk opening match of ipl 2023, i get this hotel only for 1200 rs, and the location of hotel was just 1km away from narendra mod i stadium, neat and clean. Rooms, fully air conditioned, best meals you can order (maharaja thali only for 350 rs), the ideal place to stay

The location of hotel is near tapovan circle which is easily accessible. It is 3 kms close to stadium, so easy to go to stadium and come back. It should cost only 60 rupees while going and coming back around rs. 120. The room was clean and bathroom was very very clean. Hot water was there. Didn't use other amenities. No food is available on premises but a restaurant is below the room. The service housekeepers were helpful and if you want any food they will order and give you. Good comfortable overall stay for a single lady traveller.

Reception attendant was rude in behaviour. They could not a cup of tea at the time of check in. Room bedsheet was old and torn. Towel of the said room (211) was old, shaby and torn. One can't wipe his fece with that towel, as many threads were available all over the body. He couldn't provide morning bed tea up to 8 am, as he doesn't have a milk for the same.

Location shown in map is near chandkheda, but actually it is near tapovan, i have included the breakfast, but nothing was available

Firstly even after asking, they did not clean the room. I had to call them again to clean it in my presence. The room as well as the washroom had huge spiders and spiderwebs. The bedding was also not clean and wasn’t changed even after requesting a lot of insects and dust in the room.

Service is good but rooms are not spacious as shown. Find ordered brought from outside but taste is good, no coffee or tea service, no room cleaning service. But staff were more polite. No updated information regarding booking. Overall ok, but not ex excellent.
