Food: below average Location: good for Nirma University Facilities: terrible, the lobby was stinky, staff sleeps just outside the room door. Rooms were stinking so asked to use freshener many times

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The culture was excellent, and I received great respect and service from the staff. The service boys were particularly respectful, making me feel very secure during my stay. I was also impressed by the hotel owner, who was extremely helpful and demonstrated exceptional humanity. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"

The flush was not working properly and we had to change the room 3 times, the ac was leaking with water, the staffs were good but the property was very average.

It was good overall for stay on urgent basis a d same can park your car in basement. It is near to vaishnovdevi circle

The hotel is on the top floor and on the terrace a gym is there and continuous banging is there through out the day. We have informed the manager but seems to be helpless. And said that other guest have also made similar complaint. I would request you to guide the hotel properly. I am giving poor rating.
