Review Of Hotel Venue Inn

Good stay with basic amenities. Location is convenient nearby Vastrapur and Alpha One Mall. I didn’t had food in house but they have in house food. We asked them to clean the room in the morning and when we came back in the evening they didn’t cleaned it. They should have cleaned the room properly.

It was a terrible stay. Staff was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. We asked them that will they serve us tea in the morning they said at 7am. Next morning when I asked for tea the manager replied everybody is sleeping you will get tea at 8am. Everyday we were going out to have our morning tea. Bathroom was terrible. Taps were broken. Room wasn't being cleaned everyday. Fresh towels soaps were not being provided. Do not recommend families to stay there. Not a place for place

Toilet seat is broken. Toilet is not clean. Taps are broken. The staff is unpleasant and unfriendly. Did not get tea in the morning. We were told you will be served tea from 7am. When we asked for tea the manager said staff is sleeping you will get tea at 8am. Terrible and pathetic hotel. Won't ever recommend to anyone

Rough Behaviour of receptionist while they first show check out time of 12 PM I asked they refuse and say it is 11 AM and after that they change it on portal also

The room was good but the cleanliness was not upto the mark. The room was not dusted. Even i didn't get hot water in evening to take bath.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel The rooms were clean and comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful The food was delicious and the service was fast I would definitely recommend this hotel to others
