Experience is very bad hotels are not good , first I’ll book a hotel when we reached that hotel manager should refuse to give the room because they close their online platform bookink last month them we reached to help senter of make my tripe the they took some time then they give another hotel near by that hotel the we go their an D doo checking then after they give the room not good no hendels not a good light paint was not good!! And main topic in that room we have a outside view with another room that room if full botels so ve complain for that .. but not helpfull

Good stay with basic amenities. Location is convenient nearby Vastrapur and Alpha One Mall. I didn’t had food in house but they have in house food. We asked them to clean the room in the morning and when we came back in the evening they didn’t cleaned it. They should have cleaned the room properly.

It was a terrible stay. Staff was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. We asked them that will they serve us tea in the morning they said at 7am. Next morning when I asked for tea the manager replied everybody is sleeping you will get tea at 8am. Everyday we were going out to have our morning tea. Bathroom was terrible. Taps were broken. Room wasn't being cleaned everyday. Fresh towels soaps were not being provided. Do not recommend families to stay there. Not a place for place

Toilet seat is broken. Toilet is not clean. Taps are broken. The staff is unpleasant and unfriendly. Did not get tea in the morning. We were told you will be served tea from 7am. When we asked for tea the manager said staff is sleeping you will get tea at 8am. Terrible and pathetic hotel. Won't ever recommend to anyone

Rough Behaviour of receptionist while they first show check out time of 12 PM I asked they refuse and say it is 11 AM and after that they change it on portal also
