Not good experience for this property not clean and room is not good food also not good and Service also not good

Not clean for its price. Very bad locality and services are not good Costing like a decent hotel but hotel is below average

It was nice however they used to keeps with them which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Good hotel on the main road with very spacious and clean rooms with courteous staff service for every request

At hotel alba staff was not helping not supportive, although property was good but still AC was not working after that they called the technician but the issue was the same. After a few hours it stops cooling. Also they did not inform us about breakfast and when I asked about breakfast they said it is not our duty to inform.

Good location, Perfect stay and staff was good also the room were clean and enjoyed the stay at alba premier

Rooms were smelly, no toiletry were given. I don’t have more words to say but as they don’t allow to enter less than 100 words i am adding this.

Stay was comfortable, hotel was neat and clean, and cleaning was done on regular basis during my stay. Also location was good near metro station and bus stop.

Food is not great as we ordered from room service and early morning breakfast was horrible. Stop selling the food from future

It was very good experience at alba. Staff is good and helpful and overall stay is very comfortable.

I paid for two nights but left after one night stay. Very discriminative behaviour of waiters towards guest of other states. It's make you feel that you are in other state and local staff don't like you even you are paying them a good amount. The only reason that i stay their for the fourth time because of its location and infrastructure. This hotel need to teach their staff that this is a hospitality business and they need to avoid discrimination.

When i go to hotel for checkout at night asking, he don't know regarding visa. Asking for e-visa copy when it's on arrival visa. Even after showing the stamp still asking same. Poor mgmt. Over priced. Food is average.

Everything was good, food was also good & at reasonable rates. Room was spacious and bathroom was neat and clean.

Hotel service was average phone was not working they didnt hv geyser for hot water for that you need to call reception everytime. Even they didnt hv proper restaurant in hotel. You cant recommend to your friend

The hotel staff is very bad

It was decent. But they asked for extra payment if we check in 1 or 2 hrs before check in. But we argued then they gave it free 1 hr before check in. Room was clean. Staff was polite and good servicing

It very clean and clear place, have parking and located in very good place. Food is good staff is wonderful i recommend this place for business or family travel

The stay in alb a has always been a peaceful and a safest place with its good service and with good food

Wonderful stay for the prize range. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and always provided immediate service. Was a 4 days 3 nights stay, extremely comfortable stay. Room was serviced regularly. The lobby, lift and corridors were spacious and clean. Bathroom was great. Overall a truly satisfying experience, would 10/10 recommend to anyone. Rooms: great cleanness of the room and bathroom, with modem fixtures and continuous water supply. We booked the premium rooms so the beds were huge and furniture was new, with plenty of space in the cupboards and drawers. Tv and ac worked properly, and multiple lighting options were there. Safety: location was also on the main road, so felt safe traveling back even late at night. Privacy was a big plus, and the staff was well trained and friendly, giving instant assistance whenever required. Food and drinks: great breakfast every morning, got reminder calls for breakfast so didn't miss any, since we had paid for it as part of the room tariff. Lunch and dinner was buffet style and smelled great even though we went out to eat

Overall it is a very nice stay for me during my visit to alb a premier. The staff is good and the food is very good.
