There were bed bugs roaming above the beds, washroom condition was very bad, no hygiene environment was maintained

-very dirty room. No cleaning. -bathroom were also dirty. Taps and flush are also not working well. Tumbler not available. -no towel and nepkin provided. After 2-3 request they provided one teared towel. -tv not in working condition. After request no response. - dustbin also not cleaned. -Lots of hair on beds. Totally horrible stay. Not suitable for family. Please don't go their. Rooms and location are nice but maintain it.

Very bad experience, hotel was not clean & also room matresses was not clean. Complimentry water bottles were not packed. Lobby was smelling with cig.

Rooms was too dirty to stay, pillow cover and bed sheet was way too dirty to sleep. Bathroom shower was not in a good shape. No hot water

The stay was terrible. The bathroom door lock was not there, the geyser was not working and the water bottles were not sealed.

We were 3 pax so they upgraded my room for a nominal fee so that we can sleep in comfort although washrooms are small and showers are damaged otherwise stay was great

Bedsheet was dirty there was no water in the room for drinking when we reached there. There was no soap no towel. We had to ask for these basic amenities. The receptionist was not well behaved. Whenever i used to call the reception for water he started the conversation with "hmm. There was no electric kettle. The second day, there was no water even in the washroom.
