Review Of Hotel O Kanchan Palace

Sir good evening, the hotel managment is not serious about their client, they have not provided the Bathing towel, Drinking water, Cleaning of room is only with the forced request, TV not provided and AC water was dripping inside the room, when enquired about the water dripping from AC the reply from Managment is to switch off the AC for some time. Please take care.

This is hotel not available in good location and room condition was very bad and very bad s mail so no we can't night' stay in room we are all members same time c hack out and stay other hotel so no room uses. Please return my advance payment

One wall has water seepage. On the walls there are gutka spits everywhere. Room is smelly and linens look dirty. Ac and geyser is present but don't work. You won't get toiletries, bring your own soap.

Worst place, one can ever stay ! kindly dont book your stay at this money-seeking begging hotel. I stayed there for one night, washroom was not properly clean never ever book this hotel just by looking pics & services they offer. It is not a 3- star hotel or i should say it is not even a hotel. It is a lodge with stinky rooms and lazy staff. Like to add one more thing it is very old constructed building, at first appearance you can’t able to identify that it is a hotel or hospital or commercial complex.

Terrific service and room condition. When complains to make my trip, they arranged another hotel at a distance of 8km at night 12 and advised me to shift. Never trust on mm y ratings.

Not recommend at all. They just show images on booking are just opposite which we get from there property. They don’t have ac. And if there are ac in some room they not working. All over bad experience.

Staff was not at all supportive. Didn't allow me to check in due to charges i paid. Were saying that rooms are not available. Makemytrip customer support team helped me to get this sorted out

1 hour after my checking the hotel staff told me to checkout reason they didn't receive money from mm t and asked me to pay more money. The satff was so rude and unhygienic hotel. Rooms were to dirty. Staff fought with me and was getting aggressive. And simultaneously didn't receive support from mm t coustomer help line tried to connect serval time. The horrible experience ever. Ac was not working raise complaint for same staff were ignoring it. Didn't provide towel and all. All the basic things were missing.

They did t even clean my room in 5 days of stay. Change only once the linen after request. Gave me used water bottle. Just refill from cooler and give no fresh water bottle
