Terrible experience with the rooms.unhygienic washrooms with dirty bedsheets.room is having small cockroaches roaming around.We booked deluxe room,when we reached it was about 1amand the AC was not working,the staff available that time was good hk showed us another room with A,but the condition of other room and washroom was extremely pathetic.Next day we changed to another hotel.I didn't expect will add these type of hotels in the list.I didn't take any pictures of the hotel,The rooms is like you cannot even take breath.so pictures added not from the hotel.am adding that because without pictures I couldn't post this review.

It's very poor hotel there is no cleanses in the room also wc and bed sheet was very dirty it's west e of the money

Not upto te mark as seen in photos hygiene is not maintained at entrance strong smell of urine which is so bad

Good rooms but noisy hotel.
Hotel rooms are good. Neat and clean. But this property rates are on higher side. You can get very good hotels nearby in same tariff. Biggest disadvantage is this is close to mani nagar crossing and you can hear train crossing signal noise, train sound, vehicles honking for 24 hrs. So if you want peace avoid this. If you want to be near railway station good option slightly costly.

Poor rooms
The hotel is an old hotel and rooms are very poorly maintained. The lenin provided were not washed properly. And basic amenities were provided only after telling the staff multiple times

Hotel was situated at good location & good service by hotel staff but bed sheet & blanket was not in good condition.

Noisy, no breakfast provided
coupleNo mirror in washroom, leaking sink and no breakfast provided even i paid for it. Mention then an hour before that i have to leave in morning but still no breakfast or tea provided

Poor Stay
familyRooms were unclean and not ready before our stay . Due to near railway crossing, whole day and night ringing bell noice Tan Tan disturbed us . In future will never would like to book this hotel.

Dear mr jinesh, it was very unfortunate what happened with your and i think your expectations are too high with five star facilities by just paying 5 or 6 hundreds of rupees. There are many guests who have rated very high for the same star facilities and amenities for a mere amount. Anyway, we presume guests are always right. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Terrible Stay
Room is not allotted even after booking, there's no cleanliness at all. Blankets and bedsheets are not at all washed and smelling bad. We are moved to different room even after having a room allotted to us.
