Nightmare stays
Very worst stay. They’re least bother about customers. They knock your doors at midnight and they open the doors without even knocking or seek permissions. Rooms are filthy and unclean

When I visited, there was no power for 2 hours straight, later also power went 3-4 times, didn’t got any complementary water bottles not even soap towels. Worst experience.

Place is so good and food too but the reception staff was so rude and annoying they are behaving soo bad coz we are booked in low rate from MakeMyTrip

We had a very bad experience with this property. Rude and unprofessional staff. Untrained staff with a huge attitude. Guess they don't want to accept that they need improvement. Plz don't call it spa and resort. This place has way too low standards in hospitality. they dont have a spa. So not sure about what they are calling themselves. All paid positive reviews No room cleaning for 3 days No pool cleaning in 3 days. There was oil floating in the pool water. Refer the pictures Poor hospitality Broken table and lights

Worst Experience Eve
The property is terrible. Rooms are congested. And no windows in room, weird. It's not resort it's "KHOPCHA". Totally dusty and smelly. We went there and couldn't even stand there, so returned immediately. Didn't stay actually. It was terrible. They say they have gym, but it's not gym, it's two equipments in a corner, getting dust all over it. Their Deluxe room is smaller than my home's store room. And mind it, there's no window in any room. Like seriously, what's that ? a Jail? So all and all, one advice, don't book it before you see it, because these people won't return your money and you will end up loosing both, your money and time.

There is always technical issues with tv connection even staff is not cooperative too much inconvenience we got there we went there for relaxation but got only headache over there. Horrific experience
