Good property, coopearive staff, neat hotel near Railway station & airport

It was good experience to stay and people was also nice to take care properly

Premises is congested. Rooms are just ok. Located next to a prominent junction. Ideal for a very brief stay. Reasonably priced.

Hotel can be located easily and hotel entery near and clean . But I don’t prefer to stay again as there is no ventilation for washroom and there is gym above the floor , it makes huge noise from early morning .

Room is too small and there is no window in the room for fresh air ,it’s completely suffocated room,and worst is bathroom ,too small

Pathetic room was given. Lights were unserviceable, no connection from basin to drainage. AC was smelling terrible.

Broken pipes, broken bidet.., loose toilet seats, weird smelling rooms.., got sick literally after staying for few minutes.., since it’s non refundable forced to stay there .., non working TV, and the calling bell sounds like literal jail cell and they call us for unwanted reasons ; lock the place for your own safety

To find the entrance was challenging. It took me 10 minutes to find the entrance. Bathroom is too small, just a toilet seat, tiny basin, and bucket was placed with a small tap. Tray for the tea was broken, cups and glass were dirty. The room was suffocating. No ambience, no place to sit outside room. It was not even worth 400. 0 inr, while we paid around 2000. 00

The location is surrounded with restaurants and is a prime factor. Amenities are to be improved. Can not comment on food as it is not provided.

Employees where friendly, but couldn't control the visitors who were speaking loudly and moving to & fro during night till 3 am disturbing other visitors

Money worth rooms, almost all facilities available. Family friendly for sure and the nearby market and food is good as well.

Hotel was maintained very well, it is situated at a very convenient location airport and railway station not more than 15 mins far. You can get a very nice tea served in your room. Room size was OK. you can order food from online apps or there are restaurants in the same building and nearby. I had made few requests at the reception and special mention for Mr. Gajendra to fulfill them. That's the reason I booked this hotel twice during my round trip. keep it up and now I know where to stay in Ahmedabad. Thanks

Hotel was not that great staff was good but not worth 3k for a single room. That also break fast was not included. I would not recommend to stay

Location was good but hospitality wasn’t good enough. Lift was also not working. Too small washroom space.

Location of hotel is very good, convenient. Hotel owner and staff are very friendly and cooperative. I stayed here with my family. A must suggest hotel at reasonable price.

The location is good near to airport. Transportation is available. The owner and staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are cozy and clean. All daily need accessories are provided including shaving kit, room slippers, shower caps, first aid kits n all basics. Overall the stay was good.

I had book this hotel. But after reaching the hotel room was dorty with cokroches, ants, dirty bedsheets, ants, in electric kettle. Hence we left the hotel & book fern residency. How can we get refund of hotel richi rich ? as services not good
