Excellent Stay
We booked the hotel,as it was near to the venue of an event we had ro attend. The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Food is good. overall a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

I like the hotel, it's ambience, food, service. This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of SG highway close to my working site.

Terrible Stay
ACs of the entire property were not working, the staff is ultra slow and doesn’t understand basic English and Hindi, Major Goof up with food as well, the front desk staff lie of on everything you ask or they are unaware of the hotel policies, After shouting on them they resolved the issue by allotting us another property for stay

Poor Stay
While the rooms were good the management wasn’t, we had requested them for rooms nearby but while checking in after a whole tiring day of travelling we had to spend 1 hour arguing with them for the rooms as they had given us rooms on completely different floors and we had an elderly and child with us. They had mentioned that to amend this mistake they will give us one night in an upgraded room but they didn’t. We ordered tea from them and they forgot to bring the tea kettle itself for room service. I had left my room at 12 and when I came back at 4 my room was still unclean and dirty. The guy on their front desk Mr. Shyam was very unfriendly and rude, while checking out when I gave then the keys he said aap pending payment puri do as if we weren’t meaning to give that and then when I asked them for signed off bills he said I don’t have them because nobody asks for it, really? And then he had added some other bill in our total food bill

Location is good , food spread during breakfast was good but dinner buffet was ok , the hotel is clean and maintenance is needed lift are slow and room service is also slow. Rest all is upto the mark

Delightful stay at Fortune Select
I had a wonderful stay at Fortune, Ahmedabad. The highlight was definitely the lavish buffet breakfast – a wide spread with something for every taste, fresh and delicious each day. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, making the experience warm and welcoming. A special mention to Restaurant Manager, Chetan, whose attentive service and hospitality truly stood out. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay – I’d highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
