The property is very well-located, making it convenient to reach nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to get around, and transportation options were close by. Despite being central, the area felt safe and relatively quiet, which was a big plus. Food: The food exceeded expectations. Breakfast was fresh, with a good variety of local and continental options. If you ordered in-room dining or tried the on-site restaurant, the flavors were authentic, portions generous, and presentation thoughtful. For those who prefer exploring, there were also plenty of good eateries within walking distance.

Took time for chk in , we where not able to take liquor permit as staff was not supportive, bathroom door was damaged and got locked , rooms are new and very good .

Overall hospitality is nice. But somehow when any parcel has came on our name,they are not delivering to us even if you are in emergency,they will not delivered to your room.

Worst experience ever because I want to smoking room and they didn't give me a smoking room as well as service is not properly in room. That's why I my experience was terrible.

A special thank you to the hotel team for their outstanding hospitality — every member made me feel welcomed and looked after. The food was absolutely delicious and added a special touch to my stay. My interactions with Manager Pijus and team members like Pame were especially memorable — their kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Looking forward to returning again soon!

I stayed at double tree Hotel for three nights and overall had a great experience. The location is ideal, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Room Quality: The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp, high-quality linens. I appreciated the thoughtful layout, which included a cozy seating area and a large desk. The décor was fresh and contemporary, though the lighting could have been slightly better for reading at night. Service: Staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and quick. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and room service arrived promptly. Amenities: The rooftop pool was a highlight—amazing views and not overly crowded. The gym was well-equipped, though small. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh options.

Not at all good experience. Because staff was untrained and lack of knowledge. I was having a meeting and I got late. Even wrong bag sent at my car while check out .

I had inadvertently booked on a wrong date hence didn’t stay here. I have still received my money back

I had initially booked my stay at DoubleTree Hilton for 2 nights, but due to work had to extend for 2 more nights. The hotel management was very cooperative and gave me the best deal! The hotel property, breakfast spread, rooms, swimming pool, gym every thing is A1!! After a long day at work, all you want is a comfortable stay, and Hilton offered exactly the same! Can’t wait to be back at Doubletree Hilton❤️
