The hotel is real good, well placed, next to where i had been at ahmedabad. Beautifull, well maintained, rooms were near clean, and well maintained too. Had a good breakfast (buffet) included with the room. A small gym and a good pool. All good.
The check in, check out was all smooth. The welcome was tepid, they don't answer phone, from the room or from outside. Called from the room phone (no directory available in the room), wanted help with the air conditioning (too cold) and the tv remote was not available. They did not answer the intercom, called their direct phone, sent a technician for the ac, but ignored the tv remote, again no answer on the intercom or the direct line, again it was the same in the morning. Don't know how a taj group hotel tolerates this service.
On the whole the stay was good 😊
