I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. While there were some positive aspects, the initial impression was far below expectations and left us frustrated and exhausted.
We arrived around 9:30 PM for a late check-in, already tired from our journey. Despite this, the check-in process was unbearably slow, taking more than an hour. By 10:30 or 10:45 PM, we were still waiting for an extra bed that we had requested an hour earlier. To make matters worse, the room key card didn’t work, and the luggage delivery was excessively delayed.
This chaotic start meant we were unable to sleep properly, adding further exhaustion to an already tiring day. Frankly, the entire check-in experience was a disaster and set a very poor tone for our stay.
While breakfast the next morning was pleasant, with good food and attentive service
I wanted to ensure that these concerns are noted and addressed so that future guests—and hopefully us, if we choose to return—will not have to face the same issues.
