15 Minutes Spa was offered for 2 adults on each day but Novotel SPA team denied to do so & complained the same at reception as well but result was very disappointing

property is very good. room amenities are excellent and well maintained. right from reception check in to check out ,with request to extend stay, every tbin g was very good. for breaKfast , o echas to wait as lots of guest takes at last slot hence the crowd. but staff managed very well. should recommend for leisure stay.

very poor house keeping service
House keeping service was very poor , when ever call they came after 15-20 min . Even tv not running proper

For the first time I was disappointed with my stay at novotel. Had booked a double bed. Didn't get. Room wasn't too fresh. Hot kettle was defective (and a potential shock hazard). No bedroom slippers.
