Over all ambience, staff attitude, promptness of services , everything was excellent as usual, food quality is good, but choices are very limited. Something really needs to be done about this.

Location wise great, stay was amazing, hygiene was awesome staff was really amazing and professional enjoyed my stay Location and facilities was amazing In food they are working well for hygiene so appreciated

REPEATEDLY REQUEST TO FULFILL DISHES ON TABLE NEEDS . DURING BUFFET TIME MISPLACE OR DISAPPEAR DISHES AND SAY DISH EXHAUSTED OR OUT . STAFFS ARE REALLY ARROGANT .

Though touted as 5 star in some website, the service and especially the room conditions were not very good. Spacious room but upkeep/cleanliness/facilities were lacking. Food in the lounge was good but had too much of oil Approach/Entrance to the property was abysm

The Wyndham Forum is 5 min away from the hotel and connected via basement too. During my stay: The restaurant in the hotel was very clean and had a really good variety of food - healthy and tasty. I want to give a shout out to the FnB HoD and Puja for their hospitality. The hotel room given was spacious. It had all the amenities. It was a bit difficult to get house keeping done at night but they did a really good job executing all the requirements. The shower wasn’t having consistent water temperature but was manageable. The lighting in the entire hotel was a bit dim. The people at the reception were kind, sweet and hospitable too. My overall experience was comfortable and really good.

very affordable and best in class. five restaurants to choose from. access to every facility of club O 7. very good foods. polite staff. NO COMPLAINT IS MY COMPLAINT 😊☺️

We want tea morning 7 am but we have check out tea is coming by staff 8.15 am at out of room gate when he have locked Room is superb Out side hotel heavy rain and gate is fully with water uncomfortable out side area

Wyndham Ahmedabad Shela is desperately trying to function as a hotel . Certainly not a 3,4 , 5 star property. Front office was managed well . While polite the staff was unable to elegantly handle ambiguity and had to get back to the management for minor deviations. The hotel occupancy seems to be for conference events only.
