From the moment I arrived until checkout, everything was perfectly managed. The ambiance was luxurious, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was extremely professional and courteous, especially Priya, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure every need was taken care of, which I truly appreciated. The room service, food quality, and overall cleanliness were all top-notch. This has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would gladly recommend this place to others. Good Stay
The location of ITC Narmada was excellent, right in the heart of Ahmedabad. The facilities were superb and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, like we expect from a 5* hotel. Overall we had a comfortable stay and would love to visit again in future.

While room , overall ambience and breakfast menu is good, charging guest in advance for any room service ( by blocking the card ) and then releasing the unspent amount is not good practice. When guest has paid the room tariff in advance, in room dining bill can be settled at the time of check out
