    Good experience and Abdul was a good help in changing the room from a backside to frontside. Due to humidity I guess the rooms were smelling musty rest all good.

    I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel and had an excellent experience, especially at the restaurant. One of the staff members, Kamal, truly stood out with his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. Kamal went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was perfect. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and served everything with a warm smile. My mother was so happy with his service—it really made the meal special for us. What impressed us most was his attention to detail and promptness—every request was taken care of immediately and with genuine care. Such dedication and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.     Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth 5 Stars

    I recently stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of pathetic. The room I was given was in terrible condition—smelled like it hadn’t been opened or cleaned in days. It felt damp and musty, making it very uncomfortable to rest. To add to that, the internet connection was completely non-functional. When I reported the issue, there was no technical support available, and the hotel staff simply told me to "wait till morning." This, despite informing them clearly that I needed to complete important work before checking out at 7 AM. Room service was equally disappointing. The food ordered was cold, bland, and completely tasteless—eventually left untouched. During breakfast, I was served stale and foul-smelling food. When I pointed this out to the cook, I received the excuse that “onions are not good these days.” Unbelievable response from a hotel claiming 5-star status. All I got in return for my repeated concerns was a rehearsed "Sorry, sir." Spending for this kind of service and hospitality felt like the worst deal ever. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel earned a 5-star rating. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality, cleanliness, or professionalism.

    We are business travellers , we were supposed to check out early in the morning , they assured us packed breakfast by 6 am at the time of check in a day prior , and proper details were provided but even then at the time of check out they told they had forgot hence nothing was packed for us .     The room was nice but with issues in the bathroom - no room to hang clothes, water was leaking out from the shower area even with the closed glass door, all the dustbins were old and not opening unless manually opened by hand! On the positive side, the furniture was comfortable with good quality mattress and pillows. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent with both variety and quality of the food offerings. Only suggestion is to not offer breakfast till about 7am when all items are ready and available (eg. bread, dosa, etc.) .
