My experience at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad was very disappointing. I had booked an Executive Suite Room , but at check-in they deliberately allotted us a normal room. Only after we raised the issue did they change the room, which clearly shows their intention was to sell the suite to someone else while giving us a lower category room. Even after shifting us, the receptionist informed us that the new room was a non-smoking room, whereas while booking I had clearly selected a smoking room. When I questioned this, the receptionist casually said, “isi liye to aapko sasta room de rahe the.” So basically, instead of honoring the exact booking, they decide what to give as per their convenience. Completely unacceptable. To be fair, the hotel property and food are good, but the staff behavior and booking practices are highly unprofessional and misleading.

The property and facilities were good, but the reception staff was not at all mannered inspite of showing them a booking for double bed room she kept arguing for twin bed room, even though the booking had clearly mentioned about double bed. It was disappointing to expect such hospitality at a renown hotel.

The location of the hotel on SG highway is great . The property is upscale with great aesthetics. I had a warm welcome at reception by Ms Mansi and Mehul. The rooms are neat and big . The restaurant is nice with great culinary delight.The property is worth the stay.

The stay was really great, staff were really supportive and ambience was really great as compared to other similar category hotels, what really matters is check-in procedure, i must say i was accompanied by miss mansi without wasting my anytime making sure the stay is good on going , i recommend crowne plaza at top

Food of the Hotel is good whether it's room dining or Buffet but issue is with service..Unclean Tooth brush was kept in Bathroom and Highly Improper Dusting of the room was done..

Very nice stay Big rooms breakfast was awesome. Overall food spread and taste is right up there. Amenities are excellent. Hotel staff was Cooperative and very polite. Mr. Rohit from house keeping helped a lot. Few short coming 1) Location doesn't have any closeby shops or malls 2) a la Carte rates are very high 3) Security guards are very ordinary.

It is very good experience at Hotel Crown Plaza. Location is easy to reach. Cleanliness is superb. Staff behaviour is polite and respectful. Amenities like Gym, Swimming pool, Spa etc are excellent. Very comfortable stay.
