Service was poor and there was no towel after many hours of check in. Even after multiple call it was provided.

Properly is excellent food quality is to good

The room gets an auto lock in the bathroom hence be careful stay at your own risk

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Saikat at the front desk – he was extremely helpful and polite throughout my stay. From the restaurant team, Suman, Sova, and Kajal were all very supportive and ensured a great dining experience. The room was neat, clean, and well-maintained. Subhadeep from housekeeping was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Kundan, the manager, was also very supportive and ensured everything ran smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

- Bathroom door handle was broken - Housekeeping didn't replenish hand towels despite instructions - Fridge wasn't working; despite calling reception 3 times and getting it replaced, the issue persisted - Service was extremely poor - Long wait time to meet the duty officer at reception Overall, our stay was horrible. Significant improvements are needed in maintenance and service.

Pipes were blocked in the washroom and it was smelling badly. Rest was ok, like food and other amenities. Housekeeping should pay attention to such details. Thanks.

The stay was good but the property is not well maintained .The toilet pot had old yellow stains which happen with usage if not cleaned well .it should have been replaced .Also the basin tap had so much of stains of water as it it is not cleaned for ages .with brand like Vivanta this kind of higene is not expected .
