Room was not hygienically cleaned, bedsheet/blanket cover was shabby. I could see cockroach in toilet.

food is extremely poor. overall ambience is not at the level they are charging. very disappointed with this trip will not repeat from mmt. MMT should also take some efforts to see the facilities before listing. just seeing pictures will not solve the purpose

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is convenient and well-connected. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even better. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. A few enhancements in facilities and amenities could make the stay even more enjoyable and help the hotel earn higher ratings in the future.

Clean Room & washroom. simple furniture. Hygiene & well maintained. Inhouse restaurant is not so convincing.

The rooms are not clean, the telephone is not working, and not get any proper services on time.Also not having the amenities which are mentioned

The phone is not working. The air conditioning is not functioning properly. Overall service has been very poor. The washroom only has hot water; there is no cold water supply.

The hotel location is good. The restaurant is more like a hostel mess with at best a 2 star rating. Breakfast options are limited and food is average. Room was dirty and the matress was so dirty that I had to change the room and in new room refrigerator was. Ot working, faucet and tap were broken and leaking. TV channels were not working and I had to request multiple times to get it done. Staff was friendly and dedicated but really couldn't help much. I am not going here ever again

It was good experience during day time...Day staff was very co-operative,was quite descent. Food quality was good.but when it comes to night shift of your staff people we had very bad experience. .The reception not picking up the calls.Not even giving a call back, staff entering the room without giving a bell. in my view customer safety is important

Hotel location is great. Staff behaviour is good. Room size is very good. Food quality is good. Cleaning is good. Only breakfasts quality can be improved. Overall experience was awesome.🤩

clean, spacious, courteous staff, good breakfast, cooperative mangement - they let us check out about 1 hour 30 mins after the check out time and then use the lobby for waiting closer to our flight departure time.

The staff and services were excellent. The location is also very good. The gesture of complimentary drop to the airport is appreciated.

We stayed there for 2 days. Food was okay, rooms were decent. Howver staff and service were not up to mark, especially the amount they charge. Hotel makes it difficult to book cab and not really good restaurant as walking distance. I will give 2. 5/5. Seems. It is over priced.
