Hotel room are very dirty, beds are unhygienic and bathroom uncleaned and water dripping from taps. Ac of room was running at 22 deg c and no remote for ac available. Room fan was either running on full speed or zero speed and regulator is not working. Floor cleaning seems done before long time. My health spoiled and caught and feverish due to cold and unhygienic beds and bed linens. Just pathetic

terrible घटिया बदबूदार कमरे बाथरूम में no handwashing bathroom fittings are completely broken असल में होटल नहीं मुर्गीख़ाना हैं । मेकमाइट्रिप का भट्टा ऐसे ही होटल बैठायेंगे । कभी मोके पर जाकर भी देखो होटल को, ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर बुकिंग खोल रखी हैं, मेकमाइट्रिप वालों ने कभी जाकर होटल को देखा भी हैं । डब मरो ऐसे होटल के कमरे ऑनलाइन बेच रहे हो । मैंने मेकमाइट्रिप के नाम के भरोसे यह होटल बुक किया था, लेकिन मिला बाबाजी का थुलू ।. no need discount.. i will not book another hotel in future through makemytrip.

The lock to my room didn't open from the outside when i returned back to my room after a few moments outside. The service boy had to pry open the lock with a knife. The ac was from the 70's. I asked them to change my room. I noticed that most doors had grooves near the lock knobs. Anyway, i moved in to the other room. The ac had a static temperature of 24 and the fan was dysfunctional. There was no dustbin in the room or any bathroom utilities. No thanks

The rooms are very old and are very different from the shown image, my younger brother got sting by red wasp, there was no door mat at the washroom, the phone was not working had to go down to the reception if there was anything, the was also not working which they changed it from other room later on, used blankets were given for extra bed, the room service kept on coming and disturbed us again and again giving excuse they want to check water, they want to check washroom again and again, and the bathroom door also did not have latch to lock it, this was the worst experience in my life, we wanted to cancel the hotel booking but no refund was given so we had to stay, even in the morning they gave us only poha for breakfast not even tea was included in it, had to ask for it separately, i do not recommend anyone to stay at that hotel, very poor quality service.

The behavior of the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I checked in, the staff showed little interest in addressing basic customer needs. Initially, I was given a room with a faulty lock, and only after repeated complaints was it changed. However, the new room didn’t have a key, making me feel unsafe. To make matters worse, there was no water supply in the toilet, and despite informing the staff multiple times, no action was taken. Their lack of urgency and empathy was very disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help, as if guest comfort was not their responsibility. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality and respect.
