value for money in the town like hosur you can't expect more. bathroom fittings are old and could be replaced

The place is good, right on the NH. The carpets were soiled. This should be taken care of. The room is comfortable. There is lot of noise from the AHU. The taste of dip tea was awful. The breakfast was good, but the filter coffee did not tick the box. Need a good improvement. Not a value for money

Black Lizards in the room all night, lifts not working, bathroom toiletries were not hygienic, it was run by Interns only

Nice stay for first time stay in Hosur. For business meeting, I check on line , this hotel is a little cheap and with swiming pool. So I try a stay. The hotel is not in city center, it is south suburban. The room is small and bed is small. But heiygen is good. Breakfast is ok. I take one munton baryani combo, it is good. I enjoy the swiming pool. the water is very clean. I am very satisfied with this swinming pool. In future I will come again. see you!

Stay - Calm and good place. Over the highway for easy reach out. Closer to industry proximity. Food - Good buffer breakfast and dinner. Tasts good. Wounderful stay as always

My first visit to the Old Claresta after the IT C takeover of the management. Was excited to see the changes they would have brought in. Unfortunately I was disappointed. No change to the hotel or its infrastructure, except for the signage’s. What was a big let down was the level of cleanliness of the bathrooms and their upkeep.. No change at all.. just not ITC standard. The quality of the food at breakfast was bad. It was better during the Claresta days. The staff were also new and far away from the professionalism that one expects of this chain. The only change I experienced was the increase in room tariff. Hope ITC is planning for a makeover to justify it.

Very worst quality of service, they are spoiling the name of ITC. Very low quality compared to other hotels. Rooms are very old. Food quality is very worst.

Food and room was good. Service to be improved. The day we checked in, no support staff was available. U had to drop my luggage and go to drop my car in parking about 250 metres away. We had to take our luggage by ourselves to the room

Hotel is near to the Highway so it's a good option for overnight stay on the way. Room is good but the bed was so high that I couldn't sit on the bed without climbing. I am average height women and the bed's height was till my waist. So it is not comfortable. Bathroom had only shower and no tap, that was also surprising. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. A lot of options with good taste.

Linens were not clean. No hot water came even morning 8 am. Booked premium room but normal amenities like paste, body wash was not available. Since booked via make my trip they are alloting poor rooms

We could not feel like being in an ITC facility. The linen, carpets etc all were so dirty. Quality of food was also poor. Booked only by seeing the brand ITC but the experience was highly disappointing though the personnel were good and try to support as much as possible. However they were found helpless due to the quality of infrastructure and resources.

Room are good and interior is good. But after 10o'clock service is not good. I order food and got after 40 min. Then I order water bottle but I not get. So, I went outside for purchase water bottle. Food taste is normal. 💐 🤝
