Pros: second time staying in asr, ASR Parklane - A Bergamont Hotel,Hosur is neat and clean, room service is good, front desk specially rana, nabanita and others are good and helpfull, breakfast is good, only good ASR Parklane - A Bergamont Hotel,Hosur in this area food menu is large but veg option is less check in check out seamless also they ask for the arrival time if you had a booking cons: need personal transport for smooth journey food is expensive if there is one person coz all are full quantity no smoking rooms so problem for some travellers windows are there in room but they did not open after request also for single traveller

As i am a repeated traveller the ASR Parklane - A Bergamont Hotel,Hosur facilities are same, rooms and washrooms are neat and clean only thing is the food in the ASR Parklane - A Bergamont Hotel,Hosur are very expensive for a single person buffet breakfast almost same menu everyday need changes in north indian dishes like everyday they serve pratha other things are very good like check in and out, cleaning, toiletries, water bottle, in room tea coffee, all are good

Stay at ASR feels personally home for me. It’s in the centre of the city and easily accessible to the bazaars and the room is neat and tidy. The stay was pleasant and it always feels like a home. The room is clean and tiry

Very helpful team is there and full fill the customer requirements ,I don’t know the name of one ,I think she is renuka,she supports and didn’t change a single rupee for Earlier checkin ,And good admosphere
