Worst experience... we reached there at 11:45 pm with family. We had an infant with us. There was no one to carry luggage, no hot water, no water supply in 1 bathroom and they made us use other room only for taking bath,no toiletries.total waste. Land line not working .waste

not worth for money charged .. very basic budget hotel..
Not worth for money. This is a very basic budget hotel. Strongly I suggest to choose other better hotel

Room service to be improved
refrigerator is not working in room.air condition also not efficient. staff service is good and location also very near to highway. snacks and dish quality to be improved.

Good Stay
Neat and clean place. Was driving alone from mumbai to trivandrum, reached here at 11. 30 in the night. Had a good shower in the clean shower, slept off and woke up at 6 am and left at 7. Also it was cheaper to book via make my trip. The price at the hotel was almost rs 900 more. Right off the highway, about 5 kms ahead of the mcd stop at shoolagiri off nh 48. Didn’t wait for breakfast so can’t say about the food.

Poor Stay
Rooms were not maintained properly. Bathroom was dirty. Receptionist was very rude. Not worth the money spent. Good- near to highway

Wonderful experience
It was a great ambience. I love this property. Everything is well maintained. And rooms are very beautiful, happy with the services from the hotels, staff also so good kind nature.

Gst invoice from hotel is less than what i paid to mm t
I requested for an gst invoice, they provided which was not same as the amount that i paid. Now i cannot claim the amount [ lost almost 2k rupees ]

Terrible Stay
Dirty room not cleaned used comforts and pillow cowers. Worst experience. Wanted to change the room but they said no rooms available

Bad hotel. Don’t waste your time and money
Worst experience. The ac in the room was not functioning. On raising a complaint: the response was very poor. The entrance lights in the lobby entrance to the rooms are very dim. It’s difficult to find the room and it’s creepy dark. No hot or warm water available. Toilets not maintained. Power cuts happen every 30 mins and can last upto 20 minutes to 30 mins. The lift stops and you will be lucky if you can get help in 25 minutes. Did not order dine in : it was a wise decision i guess. Parking is ok. Safe.

Not worth the price, bathrooms were not clean, lots of mosquitoes inside the room.

Good stay
The hotel has a good and easy access and filled with amenities like swimming pool. The room was spacious and clean. Food was very good.
