It's very bad. Dirty bed and room bed soles. Bed sheetand blankets were filled with dirt and also toilet pot was filled with poop and room was very dirty

It's a nice place and you can get the best view from the hotel. Ram jhula is nearest to this location almost 700m.

Bathroom was really dirty. Bedsheets were not fresh. Tv did not work. Very poor room service. Staff were very unprofessional.

The hotel location was not appropriate for elderly people or parents Rooms were also not upto the mark

The location is really good. Right in the heart of the city. The property is an old and very renowned one. The food is awesome. Every item was delicious. Amazing aura during the evening and footfall was very high as a result the service was bit delayed but the staff was really cooperative. Even during the day the staff gave an extra support by taking care of the kids who could not go for rafting. Which was definitely appreciable. Overall an amazing experience and full marks to the service providers. Parking facility was also there and they also booked the rafting with a pickup as well as drop facility.

Use less hotel no room service no tv in room, street dogs are moving outside of room, no door lock inside, ac hardly work nestsheel i say never stay in this property staff is useless

Rooms are not clean and very dusty. Many issues, sometimes water is not there or electricity. Not at all good to take family as loud music is played till late night. Food quality is also pathetic, specially they serve frozen non veg food which is not hygienic and smells bad

We travel-led as a family - me and my parents- booked 1 super delux room for 2 nights. First room - most of the electric equipment were either damaged or not working. Tv/ac/fan even. One fellow came and said it cannot be changed the second guy came and fixed something, but still temporarily. Eventually we had to move to a different room. Extra bedding was a mattress on floor. One of the bedside lamps was not working in both the rooms, when informed to the concerned person, they mentioned this is not going to change. Also, they had loud music playing till midnight, good for a party evening but my parents being old, wanted quite space to sleep. Even room door was not blocking any sound. I asked them to arrange for a rafting trip, but charges mentioned to me were higher than the average price which i got to know later. Food was below average too. Overall do not recommend this place.

Excellent property in terms of location & value for money at prime location at rishikesh. Excellent himalayan view room. Staffs are friendly awesome place to stay. Morning & evenings time at restaurant to have food is best part.

Good service, nice mountain and river. Staff is very humble food also delicious in that hotel. If u are in rishikesh i suggest u kindly visit at once.

It was worth our while as it was a decent stay as per the price range also love the usp of the resort which is an immense view of ganges.

Towels were not served before 8. 30 am, when i asked the receptionist, he replied that no staff available for any type of room service for water bottles too before 8. 30 am, they offered only bathroom soap when we asked for shampoo, they denied that only soap will be served.

Overall experience is average, location wise perfect place near to local market ram jula, shivpuri, but i paid for delux room but in pictures uploadec on page and room altogether is diffrent room was not cleaned and very walls its liked near railway station lodge type room so as per room i am not satisfied with room 2 food is very tasty but over expensive they charge for 2 sandwich & 2 tea for rs 550 so its is average hotal.

Tv and fan both were not working. In washroom, water was coming sometimes and sometimes not and room roof was pathetic Please at-least fullfill the basic needs of your customer. Food was good but little bit expensive and service is only okay. At night or evening time very good vibes beacuse outside the room it is garden and parking areas that one was very nice with good music.

Room was not good no telephone working to place order for food. Poor management and no proper communication between the hotel staff not worth paying 3700 rs. Do you really think 3700 rs is worth ?

Very comfortable stay at swiss cottage. The view is nice too. Recommended to book. Food 10/10, location 9/10, view 9/10, rooms 7/10, service 8/10. Overall 9/10.

Very poor service. No cleanliness at all. Toiletries were not enough. Food was testy but made us wait for too long. Maintenance is lacking.
