Location is such that all facilities are available nearby.. rooms are same as shown in pictures..basment parking is available.. food was really good not as per negative reviews given by some people.. staff was polite Mr. Rajiv and Ms. Neha helped and coordinate every time we reached them..U must visit the property

Terrible Stay

Namaste we were not given proper rooms, they had no rooms available at the time. Of check for the category we booked. They had only 1 room and other room they said they will. Uograde but that room was so dirty and unhygienic, had bad smell, torn bedsheets, dirty carpet, the reception staff was very rude.

family with 1 kidFirtly the hotel price is more than what you expected for normal rooms,and in this price they don’t give you water bottle also,the smell in bedsheet,room is old,cigarette smell,pool is dirty,washroom is dirty of swimming pool area,furniture is old,people also rude,they parked the vehicle inside the parking inbetweeb the cars,yeh sabse ganda hotel hai bhai sab sunn lo dhyan se aur isme mat jana kabhi bhi jisko apne paise nahi dubane hai toh,har jagah smell hai gandi wali,towel bhi gandi hai inki ,aur agar nahi trust hai toh jao aur khud dekho

businessParking issues, as it’s in the main market and their parking has same way for entry and exit. Even if you park car safely they don’t care to keep the distance so others could remove car. Exhausting to remove only car takes 40 mins

Nice, good sized hotel room with balcony. The balcony looks out over a parking lot do i did not really enjoy it. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

One of the best hotel to stay at tapovan, rishikesh. The club room is quite spacious and offer a good experience. However the food served in breakfast can be improved. But nothing to takeaway from the services they offer. Overall liked my stay. Location is the best as laxman jhula is 500m and ram jhula is 10 mins away.

Ok'ish hotel with good location

Overall manageable but expensive if u consider overall experience. Pros -good location. -room size is fine, could have been bigger though -location is good -al-carte food is good -parking is fine - staff is good cons - bathroom is very small -i booked room with balcony, balcony is useless, very small with no view. Better to book without balcony room. - room size for extra bed is small. They had to takeout sofa to get in the mattress. - breakfast needs lots of improvement. Less variety and taste not upto the mark for few items.
