I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The bed sheet was torn, and there was no intercom facility, television was also not working.which made it very inconvenient to contact the staff. The soup quality in the restaurant was also very poor. The only positive thing was the polite behavior of the staff. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

A good experience and the rooms were well lit and washroom was clean. The staff was helpful. Do carry your driving license if staying in this area. Local commuting options are 750km away. Taxis charge unreasonable rates.

groupHotel owner very rude after discussion for additional hour he denied & asking for payment even theartning. I have forget my charger & one half shorts in room they never informed about it. Lift was not working. I don't suggest anyone to stay over here. Room was very dirt & bathroom too.

Sir check-in,check-out timing is not my individual hotel.it is whole hospitality industry. My staff provide extra two hours. But after 2pm you still stay in room. Staff was not coprative, same rooms booked but provide 2 different rooms while complain for the same staff rudely replies take your money & search another one, how it possible with family in night, tv was not working/cockroaches in room, toiletries provide after so many reminders, so many things which i cannot explain in written. In last i will never suggest this hotel to any one.

Sir that u come in rishikesh whole yoga street face electricity problem. Also hotel my hotel due to weather. For that reason we provide different rooms for different floor better room with ac supply.

The owner of the place did not cancel our booking neither did the make my trip custom care team, we were stuck in a massive traffic jam due to deroutes created by police and heavy rainfall due to which we couldn't reach the hotel and even after informing the hotel about it they didn't cancel it and didn't provide any kind of reimbursement for such unpredictable situation
