I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent two-night stay at your property, booked under Booking ID "NH******7396" from 1st Oct 2025 to 3rd Oct 2025.
Unfortunately, our stay is extremely unsatisfactory due to a number of significant issues that made the property largely unusable and resulted in a deeply disappointing experience:
Pool Unavailable and Dirty: The primary reason we booked this property was for the pool. Upon arrival, we were informed it was under maintenance, yet it is clearly visible and is filthy and unusable. This is not disclosed prior to booking.
Substandard Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The rooms were visibly dirty, which is a major concern.
Unpleasant Bathroom Odor: The bathroom has a strong, foul odor, making it very unpleasant to use.
Non-Functional Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is not working , which hampered our ability to work and communicate.
Whatever mentioned in description while booking not even a single thing is as per the description.
Given the cumulative nature of these problems, which made the property pathetically poor and not as advertised, we believe a full refund is warranted. The standard of the property is simply not acceptable for any guest.
I expect a response confirming the processing of this refund within 3-5 business days.
