We found the property very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed alot. Staff was very polite and helpful. There are a few things which needs to be taken care of firstly, when we asked to give us little spacious and breathable room for our kid as he is too small, they have charged extra for that even after we requested manager secondly, at night after 10 PM, housekeeping and room dining services are very slow thirdly, they do not provide shuttle services to Mall Road for their guest which is very important as it's very difficult to take your own car.

Property: very good. Food good amenities very good services staff is very good and cooperative but there centralised AC policy was very bad our room temperature was 25 degree but they told us our cooling AC will not work after November due to hotel policy

My Feedback Regarding Stay at Jaypee Manor, Mussoorie The entire reception area had a foul smell, and the gym AC was not functioning properly. Despite opting for a food plan, there was no buffet at dinner, and the service team’s attitude towards guests on meal plans was noticeably inferior compared to the service provided to à la carte guests. Based on this disappointing experience, I would never choose to stay at Jaypee Manor, Mussoorie, again in this lifetime.

Worst experience on the celebration day

We were having a celebration and we were cutting the cake and having dinner at one of there restaurant. I was having the manchow soup and I found a glass piece in my mouth and I took a bite of it. I almost swallowed it but fortunately I found out on the correct time. Later they refused to give the bill and us to stay even though we wanted to checkout at that time itself.
