The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention.The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath. Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members. The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work. In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

Very good experience staying in this The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace. There is nothing to not like given the The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace is on the banks of the Ganges, our room the Himalaya suite had a projected balcony like sit out that also served as a big bed. You can view the Parmarth sit right outside the room balcony where the aarti is done. The ghat off the back of the The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace is cleanly maintained. The The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace staff were pleasant and helpful. The food at the The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace was good as well. The The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace did not have a lift but then i guess it is a basement plus ground and 1st floor structure. Simple set up, all good.

Everything from the start was good.The Checkin Experience,Location of the Palace beside Maa Ganga, Rooms,Restaurant . Everything was more beautiful than our Imagination.Staff Was extremely Understanding and Helped us with all our necessities. Has the Most beautiful view of Ganga ghat from rooms and private access to ghat makes it very convenient take holy dip and do Ganga Aarti very close to ram Jhula and local market offers variety of option for breakfast
