Hotel Leisure Palace

Hotel room was not upto expectations, exhaust of washroom was not working and doors handle was broken heigein was not maintained

It was average stay, rooms were okay

So so not up to mark as per the price

The hotel room was not good as described in photo in makemytrip app

Im overwhelmed with the stay. My family had a great time there. We got all the amenities mentioned in your website. Indeed, makemytrip is an excellent app for holiday packages and we will be your regular user in future also

Hotel was nice as expected. I booked for weekend hence felt overpriced. However all hotels rate increases in weekends specially in rishikesh.

Hotel was in very bad loction with no parking facility. It look like gali hotel. No cleaning of room. Washroom in pathetic conditon. Its was total wast of money & i dont know you are charging inr. 600 for this pathetic which can be available with inr. 500 range in metropolitan city. Was surprise with hygiene quality. One of the worst most unhygienic hotel i ever stayed.

I stay as a group it was wonderful to stay there.

We are all senior citizens. So for one night stay while going for a pilgrimage we were pleasantly surprised to find a very spacious room and bathroom right on the market place. The staff was helpful and polite and the service was excellent

Hotel is just OK but not that great. Lifts are scary, location is just OK. Booked it for three people but later on denied to provide extra bed, was really disappointed as they didn’t had any spare extra bed left with them.

I think we pay the price and we got the rooms OK for us. And cleaning and some working people behavior make better then more nice I think. But I'm OK with staying there. And my family also OK. Location OK

Only positive thing is it has paid parking facility. Rooms are worst .. Bathrooms doesnot have locks. Quality of eating plates will give you diahrea instantly ... And you have to wait 30mins to get your room even if you go after your check in time ..

Bad service I have ever got. Service was poor. They charges 10 times than its value. Bad room service. If you order some food it will be delivered may be 2 hours late or may be more.

Hotel staff is 5 out of 5, nice behaviour. Rooms were neat and clean along with balconies. Hotel corridor, stairs all were clean. Only drawback that you will not get a mountain or river view from rooms. Room ACs, TV, hot water and power back-up facilities were excellent.

Don't like the hotel as no cleanliness No proper service. TV was not working... AC is not working. Not was not at all clean. Mattresses were unhygienic. Worst experience we ever got. They didn't even provide water bottles... No food is available...

We only stayed here one night, but the hotel was lovely and clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise despite being on a busy road.
