wonderful hotel location, I love room balcony where clearly feel amazing view of Ganga river and hills

Location is good but they haven’t Maintained the property, blankets are torn , leakages around the room and breakfast buffet has only three items which I’ve never come across

The view was mesmerizing along with sounds of the holy river ganga as you bring up your morning or stay in for a sundowner. A big recommend for the food that this place offers in its cafe as well.

I stayed at Karwaan for one night and found the location of property is exactly opposite of the Laxman Jhula Aarti Ghat. We enjoyed the Aarti from our room itself. It’s adjacent to Gange River. You can just sit there for hours and the sound and view of flowing Ganga will mesmerise you. The rooms are very clean. The rooftop cafe is good. The staff is nice. Great stay there.

very good stay .Hotel is on the banks of ganges . Yiu can view Arti . Ram jhula is 2km from this place . this place is near to lot of welness centre . good cafe are also near . They have good staff good food good rooms but only issue is their speed of service ..

Only the room locations are good. It is at the bank of Ganga river. Except that everything was poor. They are far away from the word hospitality. - Poor food - Poor staff - Breakfast starts at 9 am. Rishikesh is known for Yoga and River Rafting and these start in the morning. Hotels should start breakfast early at 7-7:30 am. - We called the reception to order Tea and Bread and the person said we don't serve food before 9. Okay. Then we decided to check-out because we had our rafting booked for 9 am. We called him to inform that we are checking out. He said "abhi toh aap chai maang rahe the, ab aapko check out karna hai" Damn seriously? 😂 POOR. ABSOLUTELY THIRD CLASS. And then he went to sleep again.

Had a blissful stay in Rishikesh with a room that overlooked the serene River Ganga — waking up to that view was pure magic. A big shoutout to Dheeraj at the reception for being so helpful and courteous, and to the rest of the staff for their warm hospitality. Truly a peaceful and memorable experience..

it's a beautiful property to stay in by the river Ganga. it offers a serene view of the river 24×7 and a very quiet place to be . I liked the complimentary breakfast options they provided. The vegetarian food options were delicious and non spicy. You can watch ganga arti from the balcony. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were attentive and courteous.

it's pathetic, there is no way to reach property and hotel staff will tell u to manage by your self come by walk all those...room images was something and you will get worst room, food was ok only thing view of ganga is good. washroom was worst they won't clean before giving. except 2 staff all staff was very rude.

staff is not attentive and is a bit careless . I missed my breakfast due to their mis management of my timing schedule as some activities which I booked through them overlapped with my breakfast timing which was supposed to be taken care of by them despite clearly knowing activities timing

very nice and serene place. the property is on the banks of the Ganges and one can see the ganga aarti also. river rafting point is close by and hence saves a lot of time aswell

Karwaan being a hostel, I was skeptical to stay with family. However it proved to be my best choice at Rishikesh. I think Karwaan has got one of the best locations in terms of Laxman Zoola view and Ganga river view. You can see both from their wide common balcony and restaurant. I also cannot forget the great taste of the food they serve at their pure vegetarian restaurant even though they have large number of foreign visitors. Their prices are slightly higher because of the decent quality and cleanliness. People are quite cautious and polite. The manager called me many times before checkin to ensure I am travelling safely and find the place comfortably. Though the place is in a narrow lane which is common at Rishikesh, there is free and paid public parking nearby. They have nice Arabian/Japnese style low level seat out where you can seat in groups and enjoy tea/coffee and food. They also have sleeping chairs and 4 seater swing in the balcony sitting on which you can enjoy serenity of ganga and beautiful night sky. It was really a memorable experience to my family.

1) The location is very good. 2) The breakfast is not good and very limited options. Also, the time for breakfast is too late. 3) The bathrooms accessories are rusted and incident happened of cutting customers forearm skin. 4) The issue with the parking (no free parking) and restricted access to outside private cars. 5) The hot water issue due to limited capacity of heater and not idle for family of 4 nos or more.

Awesome properties for couples and families

Best location. Excellent food. Tourist attraction points were nearby. Lakshman Jhula was nearby from the hotel. Balcony view was awesome. The Holy Ganges could be seen from the balcony. Ganga Arti also could be seen from the balcony. Adventure sports booking was also there.

we booked premium room with Jacuzzi best part of hotel stay 1. location 2. ultimate view of ganga river from gallery 3. peaceful place worst part of hotel 1. food(don't book room with breakfast included) they serve only 2-3 items so better to order on ur own 2. hotel towels were not clean 3. less cleanliness in room n washroom 4. many of times u find monkeys in hotel which may cause problems while moving 5. in breakfast they served prantha with thick base which was not eatable n curd was having ice crystals in it pictures I will add ...u can see
