It was a very bad experience there . I booked 7 Rooms there. Rooms are not good. Very bad condition. I pay for 4 Star property but it looks like 2 star. At the time of checkout I wait for one hour. So in future I didn't stay in this Hotel.

We reached the Property 12 noon . The Receiption staff asked us to wait for half an hour . The check in time was 2. We simply ask for little early but they denied. We were 5 people and booked two rooms. Finally they gave one room by 2.45 pm and another one by 3.30. Nobody helped us for luggage shifting. The break fast is not worth . There were items missing

The hotel is at a nice location just at the start of the mall road. The standard of the hotel is good, love the attic room. The staircase railings though are a little wobbly. Would have been great to have a balcony as you cannot enjoy the lovely weather "blocked" inside the A/C room. The service at the restaurant needs to improve; it's mostly understaffed. Staff folks are polite and helpful and the food was good.
