Hotel City Castle

MMT has to look over the basic amenities in travel stay. In City castle hotel stay is very pathetic, no intercom ,no wifi, room was not properly clean, towels are dirty, pillows are torn, TV not working. Reaching to this place is herculious task- if you know very well driving than only you can reach to this filthy place.

it was a great stay with good food and with absolutely fantastic view and with great location

The Stay was Average, View was good but the service is not good. I asked on day 1 that LED is not working but they didn't send anyone. Same thing I did on day 2 then also they didn't resolve it. Also Wifi is not working

Nice place to stay for couples and families both. just 500 m from mall road. Staff is friendly and professional, Clean rooms, Budget friendly, enough parking space.

It was so good. Staff was also very polite, heaping nature and so good. Rooms also very clean and comfortable Food also so tasty and hygienic. It was situated at superb place and very nearer to mall road by walk. Everyone can prefer for comfortable stay.

it's outside the mallroad. have to travel 2-3 km to reach hotel. Hotel is average

As per my view the property location is almost good, Food quality average but staff behaviour and support is very good that's why share rating 4 as good.

Near bus stand. . Mall road also near. Staff is good both hot and cold water is available.

Rooms are not clean properly, room infra is poor. not recommended to stay.

As per the Price range the hotel is good, rooms' condition is also good, but the dining hall needs to be care properly, secondly, its little far from Mall road, so the way for hotel is very narrow, only expert drivers can drive in such way, Room services are good and staff is also very supportive, Food quality is average, limited items for breakfast, only two limited items are included in breakfast, if you order seperately for dinner , that would be average too.

i regret booking it 2nd time food was ok ok very dirty room but after making complaint on mmt they upgrade my room but in super deluxe we can't use balcony all the time monkey was there 1ce he Aldo entered my room very bad experience this time Room infrastructure was poor of deluxe after making complaint to mmt they upgrade my room to super deluxe but in that room monkeys enterd my room not able to use the balcony food was ok ok this was my second visit in the same hotel I think owner should be there because handling everything to the workers is not working so I will make my decision before booking again for mussourie

Ok how can I give rating

Booked 5 rooms, some were untidy, they were not properly cleaned before our checkin. There were used nappies and liquor bottles found that were left by previous guests I believe. Food was good but there is no phone in dining, also no one was present to take the order. Had to call reception from mob to call the waiter.
