Had a nice experience staying at perfectstayz westend premium, the location is very close to the library chowk- the property is situated at a 200m downhill from ambedkar chowk, overall the location is convenient to reach with a little bit of uphill while coming to the mall road. Food was good and the property is well maintained and clean just like the pictures. Good views from the hotel . The staff is well behaved and cooperative.

The pathway to the hotel is very steep and quite far from Mall Road. The indoor ambience is nice and well managed. I stayed in an executive room with a private balcony, but beware of monkeys, as you cannot really access the balcony. Breakfast was average and not served in the room; instead, it was set up as a buffet where monkeys also roam around while you eat. Dinner was served in the room but with a very limited menu, and some items were completely denied. Overall, the experience was average.

Will not recommend at all they’ve installed such poor quality soap dispenser that it broke just on touch on the first day and those basterds charged me for it despite me complaining to their staff again nd again.
