I had a very disappointing experience at Treebo Hotel Mayur on Mall Road, Mussoorie. The only good thing about this hotel is its location — right on Mall Road — but that’s where the positives end. There is no lift, and you have to climb multiple floors using stairs, which is very inconvenient, especially for senior citizens or those with health issues. No Shampoo, toiletaries, no hair dryer in room. The cleanliness was severely lacking. The room had insects and bugs, and the overall hygiene standards were far below acceptable. Even the balcony was shared between two rooms, offering no privacy at all. The breakfast buffet was a disaster — it only had tea, coffee, cold paratha, poha, curd, and soggy French toast. Everything was served cold, and the staff was severely understaffed, with just 1-2 people managing everything, causing long waits for even basic items. Worse, I had recommended this hotel to my relatives, and they had an even more unpleasant experience. They were given a room right next to the kitchen, where constant noise made it impossible to rest. Their room also had insects and even a mouse. They politely requested an upgrade, but the reception staff was rude and uncooperative, and ultimately they checked out and booked another hotel. When they told the staff they were leaving, they simply said “OK” — no apologies, no attempt to fix the issue. Overall, this hotel survives solely on its location. Everything else — from service to cleanliness to food — is below par. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful or comfortable stay in Mussoorie.

Stay was good but bathroom was wet , no drier in bathroom. Staffs need to be more vigilant.

Location was good, but no option available for parking and even your vehicle will not reach there, you have to stop vehicle 700m away and get coolie to take your luggage

it is over the mal road and eveything is in place, we liked to stay there as hotel facility were very good and people are really nice

i had water outage in middle of bath. towel were not hyginic. bed quality was also not satisfactory.

worst treebo hotel. booked two Rooms. Booth room were having lot of dust. windows were jammed. Building is old and need repair. Flush of one room was leaking. Electric cattle was dirty. only positive point wast the location which was right on mall road. Not a value for money.

We had a lovely time and staycation at the Treebo Mayur, Mussoorie. Our stay was quite convenient and memorable, staff was cooperative. We had a fun time and we would prefer the same hotel whenever we will be in, Mussoorie.

My stay at Treebo Mayur, Mall Road, Mussoorie was good. The staff was polite and respectful, the complimentary breakfast, which included boiled eggs, poha, toast, sandwich and tea, was also good, washroom was also clean, they gave us 2 water bottles too. The only thing that I believe could have been better was the room price per night, we booked a room for 2250 rupees per night. Overall experience was good

The property is located at the heart of the Mussoorie at the Mall Road and provides a mesmerizing glimpse of the valley. The amenities and hospitality is also very good.

Pictures vs the room is different due to non refundable policy had to stay. One room had broken lock, And funny smell in bathroom, Dirty bedsheet a d pillow, Also when asked to change the room they didn’t changed, Will not recommend anyone to stay Stay was polite though but the room condition is bad.

Treebo Mayur hotel is very well located in Mussoorie. It's a walkable distance from Library chowk on Mall road. The hotel has a good scenic view from the balcony. The hotel rooms are a bit old. Room floors were a bit unclean when we arrived. Bathroom towels were a bit worn out and looked unclean. Hotel washroom water taps were not smooth to open or twist for hot and cold water. Tv was provided but it was not working. Hotel staff provided us with an additional blanket on request due to the cold. Thanks for providing an extra blanket. The tea kettle was not clean.

Hotel having best view and best location in mall road. Near to library chowk, i think this is best hotel in budget. Complementary breakfast was average.

The experience was worst in my mountain journey life. As i booked for 2 adult & 2 children, but after payment, the receipt generated is for 1 adult. I called customer care, but customer care refused that we can't help, talk to respective hotel. As per customer care reply, i went to the hotel treebo mayur, i found the person at reception was heavily drunk & started fighting with me that i will charge 700 per person extra & will charge for 2100 per night because of 1 adult & 2 children extra. He asked me to take the hotel directly from me. I entered hotel at 10. 30 p. M. On 02. 02. 2025 & couldn't be able to check in till 12 pm because of that drunk person at reception. He was not only misbehaving with me but with customer care also. Then, i received a call from treebo assistant, he asked me that treebo can cancel for 2 nights & refund for 2 nights & i have to pay only 500 extra for one night. I went to manager, he again refused & ran after me to beat me that i am irritating him. On the other hand, i was suffering from problem . I have never faced such issues with agoda. However, i used my contacts & took entry in the hotel. My wife & both children were eagerly waiting in the car due to sleep & rest because it was night time. It took 1 hour & 30 minutes to check in hotel. I was roaming in mussoorie from. My car to hotel about 5 times & talked to treebo, hotel mayur customer care & that drunk manager. Also, the property was very shabby from inside, but i was left with no option in night. In addition to this, complementary breakfast was very poor. There was no information given by that drunk reception person about timing of breakfast & was using nutralite butter instead of amul. I managed to check out after additional payment of 500 rupees at hotel & stayed in the three oaks & booked at cheaper price & everything was mind-blowing & good there

Very nice stay. Property at perfect location. Staff are well mannered. House keeping and food are satisfactory. On demand they provide room heater too which is praiseworthy.
