The location is excellent, right in the centre of The Mall, Mussoorie, yet not in the two markets on two ends of the Mall. The clean clear and breathtaking view of the Doon valley from your own room window is a spectacle on a clear night The food is good, staff courteous and prompt. The managerial staff is also pretty helpful. Overall a good value for money

The hotel room is very small according to terrif No early check in facility even room is vacant No soap no shampoo provided no doormats in washroom

I had raised my issue one week ago and still no resolution provided to me.  I am your customer and I fath on your brand and used your services. I had paid you , So it's your responsibility to resolve my problem and provide a solution on priority.

Room is not good , it has curtains not well for safety purpose . Washroom also have curtains and visibility from room . Room service is also very poor .

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. the price I paid was nowhere near justified. I chose this hotel assuming it was in a prime location and would offer decent quality, but the moment I stepped in, all my expectations were shattered. The bedsheets and floor were extremely dirty, and there were bugs crawling around the room. While the room itself was spacious and had potential, it was clear that maintenance and cleanliness were not priorities. It felt like the owner had no interest in providing a good experience for guests. The only redeeming feature was the balcony — it was spacious and offered a beautiful night view, which I genuinely enjoyed. Unfortunately, that alone couldn’t make up for how poor the overall stay was. The condition of the rooms was terrible — I wouldn’t stay there again even if it were free. The high charges are completely unjustified and honestly feel unethical.

Food was not even edible, tastes really bad The tea i ordered did not have any milk in it, so, 0 star for food and 4 star for stay

location is good room is too small hot water issue but later solved they tried to be paid in cash not online

Property location is good. Some lack of staff effecting room services. Overall its good to stay there.

The hotel staff was nice and also the hotel view is perfect. We had a great trip.

Hotel management is very bed. They charge 1000 extra after booking amount. And room was bed in condition.

The best part of this hotel is its location but rooms are short and parking is ok The food is above average overall good

The breakfast included in tariffs was not the buffet only provided paratha and pickles in room. No good food. Absolutely horrible stay. The staff were not courteous

Deluxe room is not good, insufficient place, toilet place small, and moreover there is no arrangement of electric kettle. There is too cold yet if you quench for thirst, there is no warm drinking water. My experience is quite horrible, though staffs are trying to arrange hot water in morning and day in plastic jugs that is totally unhygienic. Food is horrible.

It was awsome trip and the hotel is really at a prime location. You will love the view if opted for the balcony view room. Also, staff is really good and helpful as well as the service for the food is really fast.
