Unhygienic room, webs jn room, its a extremely old property bot at all maintained, dirty linens, smelly carpet. View was good , breakfast taste was good

It was okay. Early check-in was mentioned, but since we arrived at 7 AM instead of 11 AM, we had to pay extra. The room we booked was not available. The staff is good and polite, but the overall stay at the hotel was average.

Nice hotel and I am really happy to stay in this hotel.. next time yahi aunga 👍 , good memories and beautiful views and vives . And the staff are co-operative and have good behavior.

Uncomfortable beds, unclean, and unhygienic room rude management having a problem in the room, but they were not ready to change very bad hospitality a big spider and fly in the room as a co guest

Location is very good, but need to climb which may not be comfortable with everyone. No taxis are allowed till hotel point. They may send two wheeler if request otherwise manage yourself. Once you reach you will enjoy the time.

A wholesome experience of vintage hotel constructed during the british era. Very spacious rooms, table tennis, awesome views of mountains and mall road. Very near to gandhi chowk, city centre awesome staff, tasty punjabi breakfast with many options. Overall, it's worth the stay.

The description is misleading that the hotel is 10m away from mall road. It is a winding road uphill about 300-400 meters. Any elderly must avoid as it’s a lot of walking uphill for them. Only small cars can drive up to the hotel. We had 7 seater suv which cannot be taken up to the hotel. Hotel itself is from british era so don’t expect modern hotel luxuries. Beds were clean though and food was also good. Friendly staff.

The property location is awesome, gives your lot of serene and soul nourishing views. But few things add to discomfort. Until you are not a master of maneuvering in your vehicle, parking your vehicle can be a nightmare. Better talk to the property owner for help before you do some adventure. The stay experience gives you goosebumps as you stay in one of the oldest properties in mussoorie. Rats will take a tour of your room at night. You have to ask for clean linens. Back side of the property is mountain view and front side is dehradun view. For the view you desire, ask for it which side you want.

The rooms were good. Although it was mentioned that there was free parking. But it was only available for small vehicles. We had a Maruti Brezza. And we had to pay ₹600 additionally to park our car for 1 day. Rest everything was satisfactory.

Everything was great at this hotel. Amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

It was great property to stay. Great service by the staff. Surrounded by hills and night view is awesome.

The hotel was on a hill top and the view from the balcony was amazing, although you'll have to walk up the small hill to get to the hotel. The rooms were clean, nice but cold, staff behaviour was good and washrooms were clean as well.

Valley view and dehradun view at night from the room was amazing. Staff is cooperative and good.

Nice stay at nice place, views from hotel is good, food is normal. Only one thing, at the time of booking, mm t showed room with valley view, but the room, provided, without any valley view.

Room was too cold.Not clean. It was top of the hill. I don’t recommend
