Hotel Charlene

The hotel is okay with basic facilities. It lacks kitchen hence not able to serve tea/ coffee to the customers. Even they do not have mineral water bottles to serve their customers. Reception staff are very cooperative. During peak season it is not possible to reach hotel by car due to traffic jam. As per the hotel staffs the traffic jam always happens during peak season and hence it is very normal that car do not reach up to the hotel. I reached hotel while carrying my luggage from at least 1km. The king size bed is slightly small and not enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids although it was conveyed that bed size is ok to accommodate 4 persons. It was an average experience in staying at the hotel charlene

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful. The hotel is very near to mall road which is a very big plus point and the hotel has a good space for car parking. The room and the washroom are very neat and clean and the beadsheets, towels were spotless.

Very bad hotel. I left the hotel without staying. No cooperation from the hotel staff. As i left the hotel straight away. The hotel staff did not refund my money rather he booked the room to other guest without cancel-ling my booking. I felt like cheated.

Lcd only display warm water on call blankets not good no internet connection no intercom system

Room was very dirty washroom were also very dirty and smelly no facilities were provided which were mentioned at the time of booking overall experience was very terrible and I will not suggest anyone to stay at this place 🥴

Hotel is near mall road, have good parking space, helpful l staff, one best thing is that it is near mall road with parking.

This is not a family hotel. in the late night when we came the god was not opening the door we waited around 30 minutes in the cold open and i was with my family my mother my kid my wife and i don’t had a good experience or rooms are not fitted with geyser water is cold toilet is dirty there is no so toilets of the bathroom no toilet paper there is no facility other than just a bad you come and you sleep no fresh water no drinking water overall it’s not a good hotel. and the exhaust was not working and rooms were as stinky as you can imagine, filled with cigarette smoke.

Enjoyed mall road and parking near mall road.

Hotel is on mall road, with parking available at hotel, if wanted to stay on mall road with parking this is the best hotel. Staff is good!

Room m as untidy. Not maintained properly

The food was okayish, no wow factor. Deluxe room felt like a big store room without any windows. No view what so ever. This was way overpriced

Unhygienic washroom. Jet pump not working bedsheets were changed on request. Still towel was the same. Water bottle also not available. Just the food provided by hotel was nice.

Pro's: hotel is at prime location con's: hotels staff appears completely unprofessional in customer satisfaction. we booked semi-deluxe but changed to deluxe by paying extra 1000 rupees as sd rooms were completely unhygienic. You don't get any basic amenities until l you request them, not once but after many requests, not quickly as they take min 10 min. Rooms are completely unhygienic, limitation for hot water timings depending upon nature as they installed solar based. No door mats available which makes room dirty asap.
